Why do this?

Health - The stress you get from dealing with frustrating customer service can shave hours, days or years off your life. By releasing it as soon as you can, you can get back to living rather than seething.

Peace - Now that you've blown off steam it's no longer just you against the big company. The world can sympathize with your pain. That should help you can relax a bit.

Action - If enough people see this and agree with it, maybe the big, bad company will fix things. Or, maybe there will be a class action suit against the company and you can find satisfaction in that.

Results - Every so often, we'll take the most popular annoyance people have and try to get the company responsible to respond by going as high up the chain of customer service as needed.

Why this site? I was driven to create this site after I spent two hours on the phone trying to get a measly six dollars back. It may not be a lot of money given the time I spent, but it's money I couldn't bear giving to the bank, which almost seems to make its service deliberately frustrating so that folks like me would give up. I persevered even though the time I spent was worth far more than $6. Sometimes, it's the principle that matters. This site is to help anyone and everyone who's had a rough time with an unsympathetic big company which seems to benefit by breaking down your will. Together we have a voice - and it feels good!
